Can I use the Apple watch without pairing it to my cell phone I messages or email? I want my daughter to use it but not pair all my apps. I’d also like her to be able to call me

Strongly suggest against pairing an Apple Watch for your Daughter, as she will get all your phone calls, your messages, email, contacts, etc...
