iPod touch

My sons iPod touch was working one minute and then the next thing you know it has black and white lines going down the screen and it won’t do anything not even power off. It’s only a couple weeks old.

iPod not powering on Hello. My daughter has an iPod and it will not power on. It turns on and goes to the white screen with the black apple but will not go past that screen.
