How do I watch Apple TV plus (to watch the morning show, see, etc) on my 4K Apple TV box? I already have a subscription on my phone but do I have to cast from my phone to the tv every time?

Just use the same Apple ID account on the Apple TV box, then the subscription should be available there too.

The subscription is linked to an account, not to specific devices.
