All of the history from my watch is gone after pairing it to new phone

I got a new phone and repaired my watch and all of the history from my watch is gone how do I get that back?

Activity history on Apple Watch will not restore I can’t get my Activity and Awards history to restore on my activity app. I accidentally deleted my Apple Watch device under settings>Apple ID because there were two watches listed. (I only have one Apple Watch. My watched stopped syncing with my phone. I unpaired my watch and reconnected it. The watch started working, but all my past activity data was gone. I erased and reset my phone from a previous iCloud backup and repaired my watch with my phone, but still no activity history or awards are showing up. Is there anything else I can do to get back my previous activity data?

Did you restore the new phone to a backup of the old one? That is where the Watch information would have been. When you re-paired the Watch, did it prompt you to restore the backup?
