Activity history on Apple Watch will not restore

I can’t get my Activity and Awards history to restore on my activity app. I accidentally deleted my Apple Watch device under settings>Apple ID because there were two watches listed. (I only have one Apple Watch. My watched stopped syncing with my phone. I unpaired my watch and reconnected it. The watch started working, but all my past activity data was gone. I erased and reset my phone from a previous iCloud backup and repaired my watch with my phone, but still no activity history or awards are showing up. Is there anything else I can do to get back my previous activity data?

By deleting that device data sorce listing you also deleted all the fitness app and data that went with it.

Every time your unpair and repair a new device data source is created in that list of devices,I have about 6 in my list and each one of them contains all of the data that was recorded during that pairing "session".

If you don't have a backup from just before you deleted that "session" then the data has gone for good.
