I Phone XS Max Speaker Damaged?

I have experienced an issue with my IPhone XS Max that is really annoying me. For some reason when I watch ads or play certain games the bottom speaker seems makes a distorted, loud crackled sound. This doesn’t happen all the time, but sometimes it randomly does it and I have no idea why. Another speaker issue I have noticed is that every once in a while, my phone makes a popping sound that is loud and very noticeable. I don’t know if this is a common issue with the phone, or if the speaker in the phone is damaged. I wonder if I am the only one, does anyone know what causes this or how to fix it?
