How to sign out from iCloud with a deleted ID

If I understand correctly, you want to sign out of iCloud on your MacBook, but you deleted the iCloud account.

Did you receive an error message?

Does the password for the Apple ID not work when you enter it?

If you use macOS High Sierra or later:

1. Go to Apple menu > System Preferences > iCloud. 
2. Click Sign Out.

5. If you want to a keep a copy of your iCloud data on your Mac before you sign out, make sure that you select the appropriate checkboxes. Then click Keep a Copy.
6. If you want to keep a copy of your Safari passwords on your Mac, click Keep on This Mac."
