I received a confirmation letter in the mail that says that you need to contact 1800-MY-APPLE
I have no idea how to contact because we live not in USA
I will attaching a screenshot of the fact that the music on this account has not yet been bought
If this was a charge from your bank statement please reach out to 1800-MY-APPLE and be connected to itunes to be able to get a refund if this was an unauthorized charge
or you may go to reportaproblem.apple.com
and log in with that appleid to be able to request for refund through the website

the card was not tied to appleID and there was not a single purchase, it was an unauthorized charge
