Double withdrawal of money from the card for Apple music

Dear Support team,


Could you please check my account information, as there were double withdrawal of money from the card for Apple music ( 8 May and 10 May ) from different bank accounts for the 1 apple ID?


I guess, there was a mistake. Please solve this issue, thank you.

Hi, you will have to contact apple support for this. We are not working for apple, we are just like normal apple users who are here to helps answers others question. However, you can try this:

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Sign in with your Apple ID and password. If you see the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it. Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.
