Email Blank gaps

I see that you're finding gaps between the emails in the email list that you've received in the Mail application on your iPhone. I'm glad to help with this.

The steps below are assuming that there are multiple email accounts. If there aren’t, follow the steps for the one.

Change common iPhone settings --  Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts, and turn off Mail for each account. Then, restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone. Once your phone is back to the Home screen turn on Mail in the accounts again and see if the email displays correctly.

Before proceeding, be sure you know each email account's password.

Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- If the email list still shows gaps, go to Settings > Passwords & Account. Tap each email account in turn, and tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the next screen. Once they’ve all been removed, restart your iPhone again. Once you're back to the Home screen this time, re-add the accounts one at a time and check the issue.

Delete built-in Apple apps on your iOS 12, iOS 13, or iPadOS device or Apple Watch -- If the issue persists, delete and restore the Mail application and test once more.
