apple compass not on home screen

How do I get Apple Compass app on my home screen? I can "open" it from the app store and use it but it doesn't show up on the Home screen

Why is there no built in compass app on iPads anymore? My iPad mini 4 had the built in compass then after an update, the compass was gone. The Apple App Store said my iPad wasn’t capable of using it. But I downloaded other compass apps and they ALL worked just fine on my iPad mini 4. I now have a iPad 10.2 and no built in compass. The Apple App Store said the same thing about my iPad 10.2, that it wasn’t capable of using the compass app. Merry what gives!?

Compass app I don't have this app on my Apple 5 and it doesn't appear in the app store.

Compass The bottom of the screen is cut off on my Compass app so I can’t see the elevation etc. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Maybe it got hidden by accident in a folder...open all apps one at a time to find if it is with another app.
