i backup my iphone 7 to icloud and now is in lab, but i want to restore the backup to my old iphone 6 it talled me that i cant becouse tow diffrent ios ,and iphone 6 is limmited to ios 12.4??????

That's correct. You cannot restore a backup made in a higher iOS version to a device running a lower iOS version. If you stored contacts, photos etc., in iCloud, you can move that data to your iPhone 6. You can also download apps you purchased. But you can't restore the backup from the iPhone 7 to the 6.
