restoring backup
My iphone X is broken, I have backup on cloud and now i want to restore my data on old iphone 6 plus but ios 13 backup is not available for ios 12.4 ...what should i do now?

You can't do it, sorry, since iPhone model 6 can't support iOS version beyond 12.4.8, because of hardware incompatibility.
You can restore data from backup only if the destination device is running an iOS version equal or later than the one that was used to create that backup (not viceversa).
