That three month free trial is specifically for Apple Music. It allows streaming and temporary downloads for offline listening, but those downloads cannot be burned.

If you need tracks that can be burned to CD, you can use tracks purchased from the Store the regular way.

Use Home Audio on an Audio CD:

iTunes purchased music is licensed from Apple, so playing it from being burned a CD, is not an option.

And if you have home music (MP3 files type) play on music player, you need to use Audio-Format CDs.
