My folders in Notes are no longer alphabetically arranged. How do I change that?

Title, Date (created and modified) only options. Selecting Title doesn’t affect order. Any other suggestions?
By Title works for me.
Force close notes app, check you have set bY title in Settings, restart your iphone, re-open Notes and test.
