Notes Folders

Question

My folders in Notes are no longer alphabetically arranged. How do I change that?

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13

Settings>Notes>... Viewing>Sort Notes By...

Title, Date (created and modified) only options. Selecting Title doesn’t affect order. Any other suggestions?

By Title works for me.

Force close notes app, check you have set bY title in Settings, restart your iphone, re-open Notes and test.

How do I force close Notes on my phone without losing my folders? Restarting and choosing titles still didn’t work.
