My Outdoor Walk Activity is not tracking/syncing with my Exercise Activity

I don't know how to remove the goal set for Outdoor Walk. I set it somehow but now I can't delete it, it's not syncing with my Exercise so it is not reflecting my workouts correctly (if at all). How do I correct this without resetting my entire Workout History????

I you have set a goal and wish to set it back to Open goal

Start the workout app and find the activity you wish to change.

on the upper right hand side of the activity tap the "..."

then tap open goal.

Although I can open the exercise (outdoor walk) it still has it locked into "goal". The time is visible with a yellow color and is set (somehow) to elapse 29 minutes (it looks like this "0:29"). I don't want it to be elapsed time or distance.

I still don't understand how my activity only logged in 20 minutes of my outdoor walk when I walked over 3 miles for an hour and 15 minutes.
