How do I remove apple ID from phone I no longer use?
When I log into my apple account it shows two phones, one that I no longer use or have. How can I remove it?

I have already cleared the phone and reset it. Yet on my apple account page it still shows the phone as being in my account.
Did you click Remove from account? Has the phone come on line so it can be erased?
