What is this 11.99 charge every month? What is it that I’m paying for?

What’s this $11.94 charge that gets taken out of my account every month? It says Apple bill. I’ve clicked on subscriptions... I’ve done that. It’s not there those are for in app purchases and stuff this is not in there and it gets taken out every month. So what is it for that I’m paying and where can I find it on my iPhone? I just would like to know what I’m paying for... Is it just to use the App Store in general or what???
