How do I restart my iPhone 6s that is disabled and I forgot the password to it.

You will have to use your home computer with iTunes to erase it. Follow the directions in this link --> If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support


Assuming you have been backing up your iPhone, you can restore from backup after you've erased it. If you have not been backing up, your data is gone.


If you don't have a computer with iTunes, you can either borrow a friends computer with iTunes or schedule a visit to your Apple Store Genius Bar.
