Here is the deal -Bought my parents years ago ipad4 . Just found it buried in the kitchen towel cabinet. Can’t find the notes from set up and to be honest my Mother no longer has the “memory”. So I have her Apple ID but the email is long gone and our numerous attempts at Security Questions ain’t clicking. Trying wipe it clean and start over
Ty for the information. Will go digging thru the receipts, hopefully we can find them otherwise this becomes a paper weight.
