“Couldn’t Connect.” Error Message

I am getting a “Couldn’t connect. There may be a problem with server.” Error message on my iPhone 7. I have tried steps 1-5 on the help forum, but I am still getting this error message. I have received this message when trying to share notes.

I see that you are getting a "Couldn't Connect" error message and that you have "tried steps 1-5 on the help forum", but are still getting the message. I have a couple of questions for you before I can make a good recommendation for the issue.


First, I understand you are trying to share notes, just exactly how are you trying to do this?


Second, what support article are you getting the steps that you say you have tried? This would help to avoid duplicating what you have already tried.


With this information, we can determine the best steps from here.
