Apple TV no longer turns off my Samsung tv

So it’s been awhile since this worked on my Samsung tv. I feel like it was after an Apple TV update that it seemed to stop working.

I’ve made sure Anynet+ (HDMI-Cec) is turned on..

only other options add Auto Turn off and device search.

I've toggled through the auto turn off and no change. I’ve also even tried a different HDMI port.

So i do not know what the deal is.. any thoughts?
