Can anyone recommend an IR Emitter that connect to the Apple TV 4K 65GB and where the IR sensor is located. I am 0 for 3 ordering random ones on Amazon.

Apple TV does not support external IR sensors. Apple TV’s IR sensor is located on the front of Apple TV.
I am confused? If my Bose Universal remote works with my Apple TV using IR, but I want to locate the Apple TV out of clear line of sight, and Apple TV does have an IR sensor on the device, why couldn't I use an IR emitter from the Bose the device and mount it to the front of the Apple TV?
I am hoping someone can let me know if they mounted the emitting part of an IR emitter to the front of this model Apple TV. If yes, which exact cord are you using and where did you locate it exactly on the Apple TV? I have 3 cords from Amazon and none of them seem to work.
