Unknown Apple ID on my watch

I keep getting a request for the password for an Apple ID on my watch that I do not recognise. I have never used this ID "becycling@gmx.ch". It keeps popping up on my watch which I find very annoying.

You guys are all lucky only one appleid is requesting a password, I have 7! Reported to apple genius tech support (online) last 18 Dec until now no resolution!

Open your Apple Watch app on your phone and go to “My Watch”
Go to Settings/General & turn off Automatic App Install.
Now go back to “My Watch” and scroll to the bottom to see “Available Apps”.
Any apps you see that are trying to install are the culprits causing the notifications!
Delete those apps from your phone, and if necessary reinstall them with your Apple ID used currently.
Turn Automatic App Install back on if necessary.
