Region

Hi i have an echo dot and i tried to use it but it doesn’t work on my region . So i have changed my iphone’s region to us and still the app store didn’t change. Then it asked me if i want to change to the us app store and i pressed yes but thought the alexa app showed I couldn’t install it because my apple account isn’t us. I tried to delete and reinstall the apple music app tring to somehow connect it to alexa and it did changed the apple music app to be from the us store kind and now it doesn’t work and i can no longer download any more apps anymore because A usa app won’t work with an israeli apple id. How can i now change my app store back to the israeli store . According to what i see online it shouldn’t have changed be able to the us in the first place .

You need a zero account balance and you need to cancel all your subscriptions. If you have cancelled all subscriptions, but some haven’t expired, contact iTunes Support. You need a credit card issued by a bank in the country the store is in, and you need a billing address in that country. If you have an account balance, either buy something more expensive and pay the balance with a credit card or contact iTunes Support and ask them to zero balance your account.

Purchases - Subscriptions not billed through Apple 


Region - Change your iTunes Store, iBooks Store, or App Store country or region


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
