purchases not showing up

I'm trying to download previously purchased tv shows. When I view my purchase history I can find the purchases of the tv shows, but in the tv app library it says I have no purchased tv shows and because of this I can not re download any... please advise

iTunes TV Purchases I purchased a lot of TV shows when I had iTunes. Apple TV allows me to de-download some of them, but not all of them. Is there a way to find the ones that it wont let me re-download?

Purchased movies that disappear Why do movies purchased on Apple TV disappear from the library. Of six purchased movies, only 3 remain. This is garbage, I want my money back and I'll never ever purchase anything else from Apple TV.
