PDF file missing from The Fast 800 Diet audiobook

I just downloaded "The Fast 800 Diet" audiobook, I enjoyed listening to it, but in the first 1 min as the publisher introduces the book she says there is a PDF download included with the purchase of the audiobook. It makes sense because the author refers many times to included recipes but he doesn't actually read them. I can't find this PDF on my computer where is it?
