Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
My phone’s not connected to earphones or anything but still the control centre shows the earphone icon and I can’t hear anything.
iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 13
It could be a hardware issue (headphones port dirty), but we can't diagnose that kind of problem remotely, sorry.

Check for debris in the port.
Even though my phone’s not connected to the earphones, the control centre still shows the earphones icon and I’m not able to hear anything
