Find my iPhone on my iWatch

I have always been able to swipe up on the face of my watch and there was an icon to press to locate my phone. I can no longer swipe up. This was my favorite feature on my watch! Is this because of the latest download and is it no longer available?

Try a hard reset of your watch. Press & hold the Side Button and the Digital Crown together until the appears.
