iPhone locked to mobile device management from a company that went bust I recently reset an iPhone we purchased from a company that went into administration. After the reset it gets to a screen saying the device is managed by the company which is now no longer trading. They no longer have an IT department or a contact number for support so there is no way of getting them to login to the management console to release the device from their management. Is there a way that Apple is able to remove the lock if I send proof of purchase?

If you cannot get in touch with the original owner, it is useless to you. Turn it over to the local police as it may be lost or stolen.
