Lines on the screen

I have vertical and different colors line on my MacBook Pro screen, don’t know what to do! Though still have AppleCare Plus.

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379

and

I would even Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

in an effort to eliminate a hardware issue.

If no resolve—In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

Try doing that but always redirecting me to choose a country which when I do nothing happens. Am in Nigeria! Apple should help Nigerians because when we get their products we suffer when an issue occurs.

Have tried the above two! Still not working! What next can I do because I still have valid AppleCare Plus
