Continuing Alarm Problems

I’ve had alarm problems (and a ton of other problems) since the day I got my 11 Pro Max. Every night I turn the volume all the way up to the loudest setting and by morning, it’s all the way down to the quietest setting. WHY?!

No, my phone is not on silent or mute. I’ve checked every possibility of user error and I’m quite sure it isn’t me. The alarm still goes off at its set time and plays its set sound, but the phone vibration is louder than the alarm.

This happens EVERY night. I can no longer count on this alarm which is extremely frustrating.

I’ve always had an iPhone and never had any problems, but I absolutely hate my 11 Pro Max - nothing but problems. =(
