Hacked.

Can someone look and see if my account has been hacked? I have gotten several emails from “Apple ID” saying certain apps have been purchased but when I check my iTunes settings I do not see these apps that are listed as purchased and also my bank account is not being charged for these purchases.

iPhone 8, iOS 13
