iphone 7 plus icloud backup

iphone 7 plus icloud backup. Hardwire connection. iTunes starts and then appears to finish, but iTunes still says phone has not been backed up. No error message

Checked icloud storage and I have 74.5GB used of 200GB.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 13

Itunes and icloud are two different things.

if you back up to itunes it to your computer, if to icloud it's on the cloud.
