If you mean can you delete your purchase history (i.e. the list of apps you've downloaded), the answer is: no, you can't.
But you can hide purchases: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208167
This won't delete them from your Apple ID purchase history but it will hide them from being listed when you browse your purchase history.
