Live Streaming is not working on miibo merchant app and youtube app

I have two iphones one is iPhone 6 and iPhone X. I am using the miibo merchant app downloaded from the app store. when i start streaming from the app from my iPhone X (which runs on iOS 13+). I cant able to start stream (means I enter the streaming but my video and audio is not turning up) and same for the Youtube live streaming. Then I have followed the same on iPhone 6 it works really well (iOS 12+). Does iOS 13 has a bug or something ?. Can you reply me this please.

Not that I am aware of, I can stream videos using the YouTube app (I don't use the other one). Have you tried Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings? Have you also checked your restrictions?

Thanks for your prompt reply. Then why cant I understand, when I use the iPhone X i cant able to start live stream when as I use the same app on iPhone 6 , i can able to do live streaming session perfectly ??
