I have not used this communities line before but all the responses I got were the product is to old and we no longer support repairs,, This is a problem I had 2 years ago and a genius in Ireland sorted it out very Quickly as he had just sorted someone out with the same problem, this time no Joy To put this repair simply my son found the cure... Start up the computer when started press the alt key 5 times and restart the computer now works great.
