Want to change my region without losing my Apple TV subscription

Aloha,

I changed my region to India to add Indian payment details and to install one app. In the meanwhile, I also subscribed to Apple TV. Now I want to go back to United States as my default country to access my other Apps which are region restricted. If I try to change it, I get a message where they ask me to cancel my ongoing subscription. I can do that but if I change my country, will I get back the same subscription. I don't want to buy any new subscription since I already paid for it.
