iOS 13.3

Currently I'm using SE and now asking me to update to iOS 13.3, does SE support to iOS 13.3? At present, my whatsapp is not reponding, any relation to not updating to iOS 13.3?

If you get an update notification on the phone, the phone supports whatever the update is.
