MacBook heating up more often after update

After I installed Catalina update my MacBook Air (mid 12) is heating up more often.

It's heating up while doing simple tasks, like changing folder permissions, working with Pages etc.

There were no such issue on Mojave (it's passed 2 after update)
It's cleaned from dust and thermal grease is "fresh"
No background tasks that overload system and cause overheating

Reset PRAM: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH14222

Reset SMC. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295 Choose the appropriate. method.

Start up in Safe Mode. http://support.apple.com/kb/ph14204

To restart normally click the “Restart” button at the bottom.
