MacBook heating up more often after update

After I installed Catalina update my MacBook Air (mid 12) is heating up more often.

It's heating up while doing simple tasks, like changing folder permissions, working with Pages etc.

  • There were no such issue on Mojave (it's passed 2 after update)
  • It's cleaned from dust and thermal grease is "fresh"
  • No background tasks that overload system and cause overheating
