How to disable quick share function or contacts from it?

After iOS 13 update I have new function “quick share” after holding or coping something.

it sends content to my contacts without any confirmation. This function very annoying and now I must always check not to share something private with my contacts.

How to disable it, or roll back update to previous iOS version? When I bout iPad it solves my problems, now with iOS 13 it CREATS PROBLEMS for me.
