Play back audio files in other apps issues. The Music app *****.

When in my car, plugged into USB, the dreadful Music app automatically starts up any time I try to play audio through my car with any other app? Happens if I try to listen to an audio file in Files, audio in gmail, put the NFL app audio through car speakers, audible, ... this dreadful app just takes over.

Apple Music stops after playing 2 songs from my library Any ideas why Apple Music - on a MacBook Pro M1 running macOS Monterey 12.4 consistently stops after playing 2 tracks from my library? Ie not streaming but playing songs I have saved on my laptop in Apple Music? using shortcut "play sound" to play custom sound other than the defualt ringtone So, when you click "Choose Variable" after expanding the "play sound" shortcut you are only givent the following options "Clipboard", "Current Date", "Device Details" and "Shortcut Input", it seams like none of those options allow you to choose the sound file you'd to play. what to do now?
