No subscription refund possible - how can I get it??

Hi.

I am a family member. Actually my daughter installed an application and did not deactivate the subscription plan for a year. So, today my husband got a message from the bank about 29.99$ charge.

I deactivated the subscription and deleted the applilcation. Then I contacted the owner of the application for a refund. They replied I was supposed to contact apple support team in this case (I may provide a screenshot).

Well, I tried to start a refund process at https://reportaproblem.apple.com, but they say it is not refundable. This is a real problem, and I see many people here on the forum face the same problem.

Can anyone help me with this refund? My husband is angry with us (

Contact iTunes Billing directly and talk to them about it: iTunes Store - Contact Us - Official Apple Support

Disputing the charge directly with the bank, will generally only end in the charge being blocked, and the card being unverified in the iTunes an App Stores. This blocks access to the stores including downloading free apps and updating existing apps until the card is re-verified which generally required the charge that was blocked to go through successfully and you are back to where you started and is just generally very messy.

Best to go through iTunes Billing directly before involving the bank. They can be persuaded to provide the refund, and maintain the account in good standing as such.
