I am running ios 13 on my ipad and when I set up IPSEC vpn i get this error "no vpn shared secret was provided How do I fix?

The “shared secret” will be provided to you by your VPN provider - whoever that may be. If using the iOS/iPadOS native (Cisco) VPN client for IPSEC, this value must be entered in the “secret” field.
If supported by your VPN provider, you would be better advised to use the much more secure IKEv2 VPN protocol - with Certificate authentication if supported.
