What is Apple 13? Can't download Hulu app.

Can't download Hulu app , get error from App Store that I need apple tv 13?

tvOS 13.3 is the latest version of the operating system for the Apple TV. On your Apple TV goto Settings->System->Software Updates and make sure your Apple TV is on tvOS 13.3.

Apple TV G'day I am using an Apple TV, 2nd generation.
