I updated my Mac to CATALINA and now my adobe and bill pay through my bank website aren’t working. Help!

Catalina requires 64-bit apps. You'll need to upgrade your Adobe. I don't know about your bank but you'll need to ask them too.
You other choice, if you have a Time Machine backup is to revert to a time before you installed Catalina.
