spotlight effect at the base of my macbook pro

Hello I have recently noticed equidistant spotlight lighting discrepancies at the bottom of my macbook pro screen. Has anybody else experienced this issue?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15

I have on my 2016 model MacBook Pro. My screen was replaced.

This program was announced later: 13-inch MacBook Pro Display Backlight Service Program - Apple Support
