Cannot add card to Wallet and Apple Pay

Hello, so recently I have done a full switch to Apple products and I am enjoying it a lot. However, I am having a bit of a weird issue with the Wallet. So, I was able to add my card to the wallet on my iPhone with no problems at all. Went just fine, had to call the bank and they allowed it so all peachy. However, when attempting to add the exact same card to both my MacBook Pro 16", as well as my Apple Watch Series 5. I get the exact same error on both of them.

So there is the screenshots respectively as well for each one. So, I was wondering if I could possibly get some help on the matter. I did already do what the error implies on contacting my bank. However, they could not find anything that was not allowing it to go through on their end. Which then, they instructed me to contact here.

Thanks!

On your phone, go to settings>Wallet & Apple Pay>allow payments on Mac - is that turned on? Do you have Touch ID turned on for your Mac? Did you try to sign out of your Apple ID and back in on your Mac?

So this is something new that Apple made people do to confirm their cards for apple pay. So what I do, is use my camera to add the debit or credit card, and once you have that added in and the verification pops up- immediately call to verify the card and the banks are the ones who are in charge of verifying it to Apple Pay, which I was told they are given a way to communicate that card to Apple Pay right when you call. When you click the number you call there should be two options one for setting up a card payment and 2 setting up masterpass I believe. Always choose the one that you think is correct. I just added 6 cards by doing that. If you do complete verification later it might screw up the process. Below is a picture of all the ones I added within 10 minutes- just make sure to call the number and select the correct department (Applepay, or Mastervisa) if you do that correctly you will be fine. If people are still having trouble- please let me know if your trying a redit card, debit card, venmo card etc and if its a well known bank. Also I don't think they do anything with credit unions just because they are a money transmittor but I could be wrong about that. Let me know if any of this helps you!

@kapil177 No I still haven't gotten this fixed and working yet. Still kinda where I was before. I did contact the card issuer and they said on their end they have allowed everything apple-wise to go through so its something on apples end at this point.

Then @AlwaysHacked247 I was actually eventually able to randomly add it to my Apple Watch. In terms of the Mac it is a MacBook Pro 16", an Apple Watch Series 5, and a iPhone 11 Pro Max. So the wallet works on the Watch and Phone now but not the Mac. In terms of the suggestion both of those were already enabled. So I disabled them, restarted, re-enabled them, restarted again, and attempted again to still no avail.

Hello,

So with your first suggestion, yeah that was already enabled. As well as making sure the Touch ID was enabled too. So both of those were fine and done.

With the signing out, I haven't done that yet so I did do that just now, as well as telling it to go ahead and delete all Wallet information when signing out. Signed back in, and attempted to re-link the cards and once again got the same error unfortunately.

I had a similar issue but I did a few things and made sure I was able to add it and it finally did. So first off your trying to add it to your wallet on your mac and the apple watch correct? Is it already on your apple Iphone? What type of Mac do you have and what type of apple what do you have. One thing is to make sure you go to system preferences/ Security&Privacy/ and make sure you have Find My checked as well as your wallet. Once I did that, turned my device on and off- then retired it , it worked. If that doesn't work let me know and maybe I can offer another idea.
