false subscription

I have a problem with purchase. I installed app “made” just to try it’s free version, but I didn’t notice that they signed me up for premium year-subscription which costs 1550 rubles. I asked for help their administrator and even tried to made a refund in reportaproblem.apple.com, but my refund doesn’t match conditions of refund, I don’t know what’s the problem but I really need my money back

Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on ‘Get support’)
