hello, I'm currently using Iphone XS with the latest ios version, and I have a problem that almost 3 times out of 10, when I go into setting app, my phone rings the default bell sound for about 1-2 seconds even when my phone is on silent mode. I have tried iTunes reset and use the phone without backup, but this happened again and I am not sure how to fix. Does anyone knows how to fix or had same problem with me?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! It looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help others answer your question:
Does this alert only happen when going to a specific part of Settings, or as soon as you tap to open Settings?
When you say the default bell, are you referring to the Alarm, or another notification sound?
Do you have your iPhone paired with any other devices when this behavior occurs?
